Return & Exchange Policy

1. Standard Returns (Unworn & Original Condition)

We accept returns for items that are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • Eligibility Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date or 15 days from the date of confirmed receipt, whichever period is longer.
  • Refund Amount: Eligible returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Return Shipping: The Fifty-Six Society will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to the member.

2. Exceptions (Worn or Damaged Items)

Items that have been worn, laundered, or otherwise damaged through customer use are still eligible for return, subject to the following conditions:

  • Restocking Fee: A $7.00 restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Shipping Costs: For worn or damaged goods, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must arrange their own carriage to our fulfillment center.

3. Process & Inspection

  • Submission: To initiate a return, please log in to your member account and select the relevant order to generate your documentation.
  • Evaluation: All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Branded materials must meet our sophisticated standards for luxe materials before a full refund is finalized[cite: 7, 8].
  • Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days from the receipt of your item for our team to process your refund or assess restocking fees.
